booking.com made the stunning Joule possible for me.
Pros: Excellent, gracious concierge, JonPaul Barnes. Steered party of 13-one toddler-- to excellent place for Sunday brunch, surprising us by calling ahead. MoSherry, receptionist, kind and understanding of a frazzeled arriving guest. Front desk Aaron, experienced and wise. Fernando at pool, unexpected service. Cons: Our group of 5 was at The Joule during construction. We were so impressed by the persons at the temporary entrance. Very impressed by all the valet drivers. And we were able to use both entrances.

Best hotel in Dallas
An amazing experience. The rooms are fantastic, the location is great, but the staff is what separates this hotel from all the others. The team here is amazing, the level of customer service is unparalleled. The building and vibe are great and so many amenities close by.

Pros: I was able to check into the hotel in the morning! Cons: My shower was not cleaned from the previous guest as there was a large clump of hair on the shower wall. I ended up not taking a shower because of this
