Pros: The place is nice, clean, with a very helpful owner. A great location: near the beach, restaurants, walking and cycling opportunities. A welcome basket was a pleasant surprise. This is a newly restored building that feels like there was a lot of thought behind its design. Effective and quiet A/C for summer days/nights. Bedding and towels were of better quality than in many other places. We would like to come back, but probably opt for a larger room with an openable window.
