Beautiful hotel
Pros: The location of the facility is great. In Kendall Square. Very close to MIT and Harvard. The city center and some malls are within walking distance. Directly across from the Google building. The building is very charming. But old. Plumbing noises come at night. Overall, we are satisfied. Cons: A bit noisy. There are plumbing noises.

Good location for my needs.
Pros: Location excellent. Breakfast excellent. Quaint concept. Fantastic robes. Cons: Rooms too dark. Sheets inferior for price and supposed class of hotel. Top floor lounge too hot to use, though that feature is a selling point.
