Alexandria and location were good, no staff, no help. Good luck.
Pros: Location. Bathroom. Bed. All good Cons: No staff. Poor customer service.allocated room was unprepared and dirty. Several hours of our holiday spent trying to sort out Kasa’s own F.U. This is a virtual operation from California, nobody there to help.
This location was perfect for our visit. Would stay there again.
Pros: Great location. The property is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and places of interest. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Cons: The dishwasher did not work. The toilet kept running. We notified the staff, who offered to send someone out to fix the problem.

Dont get fooled by KASA. Non refundable cre

As a result, we spent almost our entire stay without being able to properly use the bathroom facilities. The apartment was also far from clean. The air conditioning vent was covered in dust, there was mold around the bathroom soap dispenser, and there w
