Pros: Location. Bathroom. Bed. All good Cons: No staff. Poor customer service.allocated room was unprepared and dirty. Several hours of our holiday spent trying to sort out Kasa’s own F.U. This is a virtual operation from California, nobody there to help.
This location was perfect for our visit. Would stay there again.
Pros: Great location. The property is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and places of interest. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Cons: The dishwasher did not work. The toilet kept running. We notified the staff, who offered to send someone out to fix the problem.
Misleading Listing and Disappointing Stay -1 Star
Pros: Location was good thats why I choose this place. But will never stay here again. Room layout was completely different, and I won't call this a room. It's like a jail with all-in-one small area. Cons: I was completely dissatisfied with my stay at Kasa. The property did not meet my expectations, and several issues made the experience very disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others. I expected much better service and accommodations for the price. The listing picture and the apt was completed different. Poor Cleanliness and No Water Pressure
Pros: Nothing. Cons: Our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, there was almost no water pressure in either the shower or the bathroom sink. It was impossible to take a proper shower or even wash my hair. We reported the issue immediately on Thursday, but no one came to inspect it until Saturday afternoon. As a result, we spent almost our entire stay without being able to properly use the bathroom facilities. The apartment was also far from clean. The air conditioning vent was covered in dust, there was mold around the bathroom soap dispenser, and there w
