Excellent Owners, Hotel,Facilities, and Location. A Joy to Visit .

Pros: My Room was perfect.I was made welcome by Connor and also my luggage was looked after both before my stay and after which was very much appreciated. My Room was spotless with everything I needed. I will definitely be booking again when I’m in the area. It’s ideally placed in centre of Blackpool near the Tower. Also a straightforward walk from Blackpool North Railway Station. If late at night after midnight, I do advise a taxi as immediately you leave station taxis are waiting. Great hotel

Lovely hotel for a stay close to coral island, tower and central pier

Staff (Connor) who greeted us was the most genuine, personable and likeable personality who really gave a warm welcome and made us at home, and then even followed up with a personal thanks in a message after our stay. Location is perfect, quietly tucked away a couple of streets back and only minutes to walk to the tower. Nice little area to keep the kids entertained if you want to grab a drink after a long day. Budget value was great. It was no more than a bed in a room, with a small shower/toilet, but for a very low price it was a clean and comfortable place to spend the night.

Great Host, Nice rooms and cosy hotel all in.

Pros: The owner was very welcoming, friendly and chatty. He was very helpful and showed us the facilities etc. There is a lovely bar with really great prices. The rooms were tidy and modern. Cons: Nothing really, great value for money as we got a good deal at the time of booking. The shower was a bit small but again they told us the rooms were small before arrival so nothing against the hotel. Personal preference would be softer pillows but that’s just me! Nothing bad on the hotel themselves.
