Comfortable for a couple

Pros: The staff were lovely, and we were able to check in slightly early. The location was next to a bus stop, and right in Acton Town. Spacious room, big bathroom and soundproof windows. Plenty of space for a couple. Cons: The Aircon was controlled centrally, so I had to call reception to ask them to adjust the temperature. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, and the blinds were thin - I had to cover them to be "blackout dark" but that is just a sleeping preference.

The bed was fine, everything was clean, but other than that everything else was wrong.

Pros: As the bar was "shut for inspection" there was no food or drink available. Not being able to have breakfast was not good. Cons: The television didn't work. One of the curtains had been partially pulled down so it was not possible to exclude external night. Either night time street lights or morning daylight.

Great location!

Pros: What a fun old building. All of the staff was lovely, and we could easily get to all over London. The pub in the building was also amazing. We are dreaming of coming back! Cons: n/a
