Great place for a short stay in Ross on Wye which is very pretty. We would stay there again.
Pros: Staff were really friendly, the food lovely, great location and the room was clean and cosy. Cons: Getting two dogs down the steep stairs but that is to be expected in such an old building.
Pros: The hotel was haunted Cons: Was not a pleasant place to stay we checked after 3 days
A lovely place to stay and will certainly return.
Pros: It was old and quirky but had lots of cosy warm lounges and a nice bar area, a warm friendly atmosphere and was also clean. The food smelt good although we didn’t eat there in the end. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable and a spacious en-suite. We may have had one of the smaller rooms but there was still adequate space. The staff were wonderful despite being rushed off their feet. Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Lovely hotel very clean, staff very nice and helpful, good breakfast plenty of choice. Cons: Disappointed we couldn't eat there the evening we stayed and didn't know untill we arrived, mattress I little soft for our liking but that's an individual thing.
Pros: Room was clean and very comfortable, shower was good. Cons: Noisy road at night and no evening food on Sunday night.
