Worst accommodation I experienced on my whole walking trip.
Pros: It was near to where we were starting our walk from Cons: Tiny single room with a bed tucked into an alcove and very uncomfortable. I got very little sleep.

Perfect facilities and location.
The facilities in the room were ideal. I could not think of anything I wanted that was not there. As a base for touring Devon and Cornwall, Plymouth is ideal and Lake House is set in a beautiful part of town. There is ample parking and very local pubs and restaurants. Communication before and during the visit was concise and accurate, making for a flawless check-in and out.
