Great location fantastic staff

Pros: Excellent friendly staff and lovely old building with a lot of character. We stay here a few times a year, because its so close to the underground and railway stations to get into the west end and the theatres. Also lots of good restaurants here! The rooms all have bathrooms with electric toilets reminds us of Tokyo Cons: Passable but not the best breakfast for this class of hotel. We normally go the the Watchouse at the back of Tower bridge for an excellent start to the day

Beautiful hotel in the heart of London with excellent staff who go above & beyond for their guests
