The Landmark Suites Westlands, Nairobi- Next to Westgate Mall

Prima plek voor verblijf in Nairobi, we komen terug.

Pros: Zeer grote kamer met bankstel, keuken en eettafel. Locatie is heel handig, 1 minuut lopen van Westgate Mall. Daar zit ook een safari.com winkel. Handig om een lokale simcard (met Mpesa) te kopen, zodat je niet in de rij hoeft te staan op de luchthaven. Airport-taxi hebben we rechtstreeks via de receptie geregeld. Was uitstekend, chauffeur was ruim op tijd. Cons: Onderhoud van de badkamer: Afrikaanse standaard. Dus er zijn wel eens klein dingen die niet zo goed meer werken. Maar als je het meldt, komt er direct iemand om het op te lossen. Dus toch prima!

Prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding

Pros: Groot appartement met 2x een badkamer ideaal Naast de mall Cons: Waren geen handdoeken, geen douchespullen, geen kookspullen etc Zwembad kan je niet in zwemmen is en mega klein, geen stoelen/ bedje om op te zitten en je zwemt letterlijk naast zitjes waar mensen eten/drinken. Totaal niet comfortabel en te doen. Ontbijt valt tegen niet veel keuze en aanvullen kan beter

Pros: The room was large and bed was comfortable Cons: Shower opening is weird and the toiletries were balancing on a shower until that was broken But shower was lovely and hot

Pros: El apartamento súper grande y amplio y cómodo. Agua caliente muy bien . Wifi muy bien Cons: No había jabón ni nada para fregar y limpiar lo que habíamos usado. No había apenas cubiertos .

Grossly mismanaged and run down property.

Pros: Location is good - close to many restaurants and the Westgate Mall. Staff was friendly and trying to do the best with the extremely poor condition and management of the property. Cons: Rooms were terrible. Did not have the facilities that are listed in the description. The bathroom shower pressure was weak and haphazard. Water sprayed everywhere. The sink drain was clogged. The safe operation was inconsistent. Sometimes it opened other times did not. Bed frames were dirty. The swimming pool was just for show - the staff were rinsing dirty utensils in the pool!!!
