Must stay Here

Excellent stay. Great staff and very central to the city facilities. From the moment we got out of our car to the time we left the whole experience was fantastic.

Anniversary happiness

We were made to feel very special on our anniversary even though we only stayed one night. many of the staff we encounted were delightful.

Could be amazing

The hotel itself and amenities were lovely. But the reception and check in staff are a mess! Checking out was easy but our check in was slow and chaotic

Luxurious and welcoming

Had a wonderful city break for 2 nights to catch up with my son. Location was perfect we could walk into Melbourne cbd and enjoy the bars. The facilities especially the Turkish sauna was amazing etc. had a wonderful weekend

It met my expectations and I will return

Pros: I loved the pool and other water facilities. The area feels quite luxurious and indulgent. It will keep us coming back. Cons: I booked for 3 people in one room. I would have liked to see the room set up accordingly (3 robes and slippers rather than 2)
