Great location
Pros: Being next to Xintiandi area is the best location in the city. staffs were all very friendly, particularly the one with hearing loss who was working around the lobby area. He was doing a fantastic job. Cons: The english level needs to be improved for most of the staffs there, especially who works at the front desk.

Hôtel de luxe dans un quartier agréable de Shanghai
Pros: L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier central, animé et très agréable. Hôtel de luxe avec tout ce que cela peut supposer. Bon petit déjeuner. Beaucoup de choix. Cons: Au moment de l'arrivée, on nous bloque sur notre carte l'intégralité du paiement de la chambre, ce qui est normal, mais également un caution de 5000 yuans, soit plus de 600 euros. J'ai trouvé cela un peu exagéré. On avait une carte spécifique destinée au payement de la chambre. On n'avait pas prévu sur cette carte els 600 euros supplémentaires.

Fantastic stay in Shanghai
Pros: Fantastic location, with a huge and very comfortable room. They surprised us with balloons and a cake in our room for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely touch. And the breakfast — absolutely the BEST hotel breakfast I’ve ever had anywhere in the world! The variety is astonishing, and the quality of the food is impeccable. Truly outstanding. The staff were also incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience. Cons: Nothing
