Absolutely wonderful stay at Lansbury Heritage Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and perfectly located. Everything was fantastic from start to finish! A special thank you to Harsh, who was incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. His excellent service made our stay even more special! Great location, amazing atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. I would love to come back again! 10/10! ⭐

Pros: Nice staff and very helpful and accommodating. Cons: The size of the mugs, they were too small :(
