Beautiful hotel and excellent location. Would stay again!

Pros: The rooms were phenomenal. Cons: The room didn’t have the best ventilation. If the shower was on the room was very hot and humid.

Best Hotel in the Area!

Pros: The check-in process was smooth... the view from the Executive Corner King was stupendous!! Southerly and Westerly views from my location. Simply remarkable! The room was spacious, and elegant. The walk-in shower (for two or three) made me get in every chance I got! I even used one of the breakfast credits at the restaurant near the front desk on the second floor - and my croissant sandwich was soooo damn good! I was on the 10th floor, no noticeable noise or distractions, intimate views looking into downtown offices and the rooftop pool, which always had people in it (traveled here d

Disappointed at how careless staff can get in dealing with clients

Pros: The location only Cons: Staff didn’t verify that I already pre-paid my stay and went on and double-charged me for the whole stay. Now they are not responding to resolve the issue
