Disappointed at how careless staff can get in dealing with clients
Pros: The location only Cons: Staff didn’t verify that I already pre-paid my stay and went on and double-charged me for the whole stay. Now they are not responding to resolve the issue

Pros: Everything was great, the room was big, even if i had booked a room with a king bed and couch and got a room with two queen beds Cons: They didnt make the room so that bothered me a bit but we arrived tired so we didnt want to call them to have them make the beds
