Cons: I am writing to request a full refund for my booking, as I was unable to access the accommodation despite arriving at the scheduled check-in time and making repeated attempts to contact the accommodation provider. At the time of check-in, I was provided with a door entry PIN via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the PIN provided was incorrect and did not allow me to enter the property. I tried the PIN several times, but the door would not open. I then spent almost two hours waiting in my car outside the property, repeatedly calling and messaging the WhatsApp number provided for guest assist

Pros: Clean . Bed was comfortable . Shower was ok but did alternate hot and cold .. kitchen was ideal and pay for electric was fair price Cons: The Lavenders would benefit from having a name plate on the building so guests can find it ... I spent over an hour trying to contact the owner via booking . Com because I had no way of checking in .. luckily bumped into another guest who told me I should have received instructions on what's app and gave me the owners contact details ... The only other thing and not really the owners fault .. every morning it smelt like someone was smoking inside the b
