Pros: Location is good Cons: A 5* hotel that doesn’t provide drinking water in the room on a daily basis? The 4 & 5 Star booking is very confusing. I ended up losing money because of cancellation since I thought I had booked a different hotel for my son.

The hotel is beautiful and beds are super comfy. The breakfast is delish and The Level benefits are a plus all the way. I want to commend also Inoa, Eric and Stefano at the desk. When our electric wheelchair was lost at the airport for 4 days they went out of their way to help us settle in, rent another and assure us they would help. Thank you all.
Pros: The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. We were made to feel genuinely special and welcome. The room and facilities were amazing and I highly recommend getting a room or suite using The Level. Cons: The stay was perfect. I will recommend to others.
