Lovely hotel , good service but misleading about the parking

Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful The breakfast is excellent but the coffee and tea machines were hard to understand . The lounge is lovely. A real bonus Cons: We were devastated about parking. That there isn’t any. The description on booking . Com suggested the hotel had parking. This is why I booked it as I am disabled. This made it really difficult for us and we felt very mislead. I don’t this is acceptable. It should be absolutely clear there is no parking . The half board dinner we had was of poor quality although the staff were lovely The lifts were very confusing

The staff were excellent we had a leak in the shower ceiling and they attended to it straight away

All in all a very nice stay

Pros: Breakfast and the Level lounge Cons: Didn’t like that rooms on the Level have connecting doors and you can hear noise from next door room.

Pros: The Level experiencewas fantastic: the variety of food, the excellent service Cons: the breakfast room was sometimes too small to accomodate all the people who wanted breakfast in a comfortable environment ther was no shoehorn in our rooms to facilitate putting on my shoes ...

Schön modernisiertes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit toller Auswahl. Freier Zugang zur Level Lounge am Nachmittag.
