The location was great but the rooms are unacceptable.

Pros: Location was great. Very close to subway stations and walking distance to many sites. Cons: The carpeting in the first room they gave us was soaking wet by the bathroom wall. The wetness extended throughout the entry area. Also, the bathroom walls needed wiping down! They quickly offered us another room but the heat didn’t work in that room. When I went to the front desk to inquire, the clerk said something about the heat not working throughout the hotel when the outside temperature was [something that made no sense]. This was on 10/11, when it was cold and pouring down rain in the city.

Everything went fine...

Pros: Location and staff was great... Cons: The rooms were a little small... The restaurant could have offered more selections for lunch and dinner...

Excelente, excepto el comedor

Pros: la decoracion de la habitacion Cons: la comida del desayuno, estaba muy bien, pero las mesas eran excesivamente pequeñas y la capacidad del espacio vs numero de personas a la hora del desayuno era insuficiente, ocasionando riesgos de seguridad como quemaduras al derramarse cafe caliente por chocar con las demas personas
