Pros: Nothing Cons: My booking was canceled just few minutes before I got to the venue. Very unprofessional. This is after booking.com confirmed that I could pay at the venue. This was even before the check in time

Pros: They responded to my check-in time request promptly. Because they would not he able to grant my tiime request on this property they transferred to another property that would. The transfer was hasstle free and I got great reception at the The Link on Tugela. When we arrived they had turned the heater on ao the room was warm, really appreciated that. The property is 8minutes from the airport and clean, has wifi and is comfortable. The beat part I think was ausi Lineo, she was an exceptional host. Cons: There was a miscommunication on the shuttle back to the airport, had to get an uber. Ho
