Fabulous!

Pros: Friendly staff, gorgeous room. What a lovely treat and setting. Breakfast was bloody brilliant - full English was very good and all local produce. Cons: Overhead waterfall style shower bit weak. Felt a little bit exposed with it overlooking the beer garden - we didn’t notice any noise but it was throwing it down so the pub drinkers were inside. Can imagine it might be a bit noisy in summer months, if you’re an early bedtime person after a long day’s walk etc this might be something to consider.

Nice cosy hotel, but unfortunately some inadequate facilities.

Pros: Friendly staff, table to leave a bag in reception and obtain key prior to check in. Very nice breakfast. Cons: Room a bit small, no hairdryer and no hot water in the shower, with v poor water pressure. Had to have a cold shower.Discussed with manager the next day, some overall problem with hot water in the hotel, but no reduction in price offered.
