Pros: Friendly staff, very good English. Super location, about 5 minutes from the metro, and right next to the hotel there is a 7/11. Laundry service was cheap and fast. Luggage shipping worked very well. Cons: The bed was a bit small and at breakfast they could offer a larger selection, but the breakfast was very nice.

Pros: Female DJ in the lounge during happy hour. Very chill and a lovely atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic rooftop bar. Well-thought-out rooms and bathroom with sliding doors. Great shower and amenities - and it smells pleasant everywhere. Cons: TV program only in Japanese and a total of 10 channels... but who needs TV in Tokyo 😉
