Convenient location, lovely building.
Pros: Have stayed here many years ago - it is a great location, close to great restaurants. Lovely old building. Cons: I really enjoyed chatting with the staff and breakfast last time we stayed here some years ago - I’m sure it is much more streamlined to have self check in etc but I miss the personal touch. On street parking.
Pros: Location Cons: The spa was tiny wasn't a corner spa more like half the size of a normal spa parking was on the street the price was to much for what it was wanted a spa to relax an u couldn't even lay in the spa without ya legs hanging out of it
The Lodge is a cosy, calm, safe and delightfully central place to stay!
Pros: The building is beautiful and interesting, with lots of historic architectural details (like the chandelier and ceiling moulding in our room) and thoughtful furnishings, particularly in the front lounge and tea rooms. The North Hobart location is perfect too; you are close to everything in the CBD, without feeling like you’re in the middle of a soulless business area. Cons: We would’ve liked a bigger bin in our room, but otherwise had no issues.
The easy Access and clean and comfortable Will definitely say again💖
