The best hotel we have stayed in in Madrid.

Pros: We have visited Madrid numerous times and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Beautiful design, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and outstanding restaurants and bars with a fantastic atmosphere. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Cons: Nothing

Can’t wait to go back!

Pros: Loved every single thing about our stay! The staff really went above and beyond to accommodate our requests..And I had a lot of them! Especially for concierge team! 🤣 Thank you from the bottom of our heart. Cons: Nothing.

10/10 experience

Quite possibly the best hotel experience I have had. The hotel is absolutely beautiful - every single detail is so thought out, down to the scent in the lobby and in the rooms. The rooftop is great, the food is amazing and the staff were so accommodating. Great value for money and the location is perfect. Already booked to come back next month!
