Great location, food, facilities and friendly staff.
Pros: The spa was fantastic and the rooms were done to the highest spec. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Cons: The only complaint was that the lift wasn’t working and I had to walk up two flights of stairs.

Very nice overnight stay
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Relaxed atmosphere Cons: On a trading estate on outskirts of malvern so quite a walk into the town (But easy to get to by car)
