Very disappointing from a hotel that once was 5 star
Pros: Location Cons: 9th floor Room was old, carpet missing near bed, all furniture chipped, marks all over furniture, chair squeaked. No extra bed in room as we booked. Wall above tv looked like they had damp.

Pros: The Hotel was in a very convenient location, and the facilites were very good. Cons: I didnt think the room justified the price. Maybe it was based on the ammenites (pool etc) and breakfast which was excellent.
