Excellent location and comfortable stay in New York!
Pros: The location is excellent, the staff working there are all very friendly (from the cleaning staff, those at reception, those coordinating transportation, all excellent people), the room is very comfortable, sheets and towels of excellent quality. Cons: We only have two negative observations: the issue with the elevators. It's a shame to have to wait so long to access an elevator. During our stay, one elevator was out of service and it really complicated things a lot when needed. We even had to resort to the service elevator.
