Pros: Nothing Cons: The reception staff made our experience extremely unpleasant. Every request we made was refused, and they were completely unhelpful and uncooperative. We were given a room where almost everything was broken or not working properly. The staff showed no willingness to help or resolve any of the issues we faced. In particular, the bald receptionist was extremely rude and discriminatory towards us, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Das sind nur verbesserungen. Trotz all dem würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen, denn es ist sehr zentral. Das ein und auch

Pros: Obwohl es sehr gross ist, ist es doch verhältnismässig ruhig. Cons: Manchmal zulange auf den Lift warten, bei der Kaffeemaschine hatte es noch Restwasser drin. Da vermutete mann, das es nicht richtig sauber gemacht wurde. In der Duschwanne hatte es Dreck, und am vorletzten Tag hatten wir kein Toilettenpapier mehr. Musste beim Putzpersonal nachfragen.
