Pros: The Mark has a wonderful boutique feel that makes the experience feel warm and homely rather than like a large hotel. I particularly liked the rooms, bathrooms and showers, which are very comfortable and well designed. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They are genuinely friendly, attentive and welcoming, which gives the hotel a very personal atmosphere. Cons: Overall, it delivers very well for a boutique hotel. The only thing it lacks compared with a larger luxury property is a broader range of facilities, such as a swimming pool and additional wellness amenities.

The Mark Hotel is one of those rare hotels where you feel the atmosphere from the very first step inside. There is something special about this place — a mix of old New York elegance, celebrity energy, good manners, and that very pleasant feeling of being surrounded by intelligent, well-dressed, and well-behaved people. It feels less like just checking into a hotel and more like accidentally walking into a very stylish private club where, luckily, they decided to let you stay. The service is excellent. Pros: Highly recommend! The location is exquisite and such a comfortable hotel. Cons: I wish the lobby was a bit bigger.

Disappointing

Pros: Restaurants Cons: I requested quiet room and selected courtyard. The room I got was facing the street which was extremely loud and I didn’t get any sleep
