So-so.
Cons: The computer system for the hotel's parent company was down. Apparently this happens at the end of each month due to unreliable IT at the parent company.(Staff were trying to check in all guests with paper printouts, not the usual way.) Because of the hotel's confusion over our reservation, the front desk woke us up and called us at 11:30 p.m. to ask our name. Later that same night, the hotel sent someone to do a very noisy repair in the room next to ours. We called the front desk to ask what was happening, but they had no idea what was happening. Intense
Pros: The staff were friendly Cons: The bed linens had a musty smell and the room was not soundproof. You can hear cars all night making it difficult to sleep.

We loved everything!
Pros: We stayed close to elevators but it was quiet. Our room was very clean. Room service every day. Cons: Everything was GREAT! We would stay again!

Nice rooms, mediocre food and location
Pros: The room was very nice, staff were friendly. Cons: The breakfast situation was confusing. We had a credit, but weren't sure where to use it, and the food we ended up getting at the Joliet House was mediocre at best. The room service breakfast we had the next morning was a bit better, but my coffee was cold and everything was overpriced. Also not a very nice area to stay in.
