Fabulous hotel and great value
Pros: Great location. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Well stocked minibar. Excellent bathroom facilities and generous sized room. Cons: Nothing

Really good for business or a holiday
Pros: Really clean, comfortable bedding (which was a full sized king, rather than 2 singles pushed together with the void in the middle). Well situated in a nice and quiet area with good food options around, although the restaurant on site is really nice. Staff were great, having the off site gym is really nice as its fully equipped rather than the standard hotel basement gym. Cons: not a lot to talk too in terms of negatives... if I was to be super fussy I'd say one elevator for such a large amount of rooms was at times annoying. Nice hotel, good facilities, comfy.
Pros: The Mayfair had a really nice premise with a cafe/ restaurant that's is located perfectly on the bottom floor Cons: The room we stayed in was comfortable however a lot of dust in hard to reach areas that are visible to the eye. As well as some of the staff not having very forth coming communicational skills.
