Great location but dirty, overiced and outdated

Pros: Very good located in the city, great staff, had a nice chat with the receiptionist Cons: Carpet floor was dirty and sticky, sadly very disgusting. Ventilation in bathroom was extremely dirty aswell. Bed was not that comfy, room was extremely small and didnt meet the pictures online. Hardly any chance to get fresh air into the room since the window could just be opened for a small gap. Soap dispenser was empty, so showering was a bad experience too overall it was a bad experience, my colleagues booked another hotel for less money but with much higher quality standards. Sadly i would not

I still haven't received my deposit

Cons: We booked 2 rooms and when we arrived had to pay a £50 deposit on each room, my friend mistakenly forgot to give one of the room keys back, we were then charged £75 even though the deposit for one room was only £50
