Pros: I like the staff, location,room. Cons: I didint like the lack of microwave.most peopke prefer to have at the room too.

Excelente localização! Próximo do início da linha azul e vermelha do big bus, faz tudo caminhando - broadway, times Square, 5 avenida! Chocolate, café e água free 24hs!!! Atendentes da recepção atenciosos e maior parte brasileiros!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and I loved all the free amenities. The ice, the free gym pass, free hot dog, and free hot beverage were all amazing. The location was perfection.

Pros: The staff were kind and helpful, especially Grace and Mikayil went above & beyond. The location is great, right by Broadway theatres (ask at reception for tips on getting last minute tickets). It's well connected as underground/metro/subway and bus stops are nearby. There is a Food Emporium across the street for affordable food any time of day. I appreciated the bonus extras too: free chocolate milkshake sachets and tea & coffee at reception, and they give each room a voucher for a free NY hot dog from the cart at the street corner.
