Pros: I liked the rooms and the bathrooms everything was clean Cons: They had a major problem with AC. It wasnt working i had to change 8 rooms all with the same problem and other guests had the same ac problem

Excellent base for our two summer London trips
Pros: Great location. Friendly staff. Roy in the bar was a legend, sourcing late night ice cream for us after a long evening walking back from a concert Cons: Slightly more expensive than usual

Pleasent stay
Pros: Location was incredible, friendly staff and readily available umbrellas was a nice touch. Cons: The view from the room was lackluster, but that is a minor thing.
