Good value if spending ONE night
Pros: The room was nice but stuffy and a bit tired looking. The bathroom was nice. all in all for one night it was fine but I would not spend more time at this hotel. It's a good location for a cruise and the ride to the pier was nice. Cons: the bed was not comfortable and the mattress dipped on one side.
We were pleased and have already booked another stay.

Pros: Very close to the event center. Very easy to walk to the event. Grocery store next door, restaurants close by. Parking was available. Cons: Parking was expensive.
