Good clean hotel.

Pros: The staff was very helpful especially Anna. Cons: The room was very small.

I’d definitely book here again. I was made to feel very welcome. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great location, lovely friendly staff and a comfy bed. Cons: I booked a single room which felt a bit cramped for me so I’d probably go for a double next time. The room was clean but a bit dated.

Great location, value, helpful staff

Pros: Great value hotel, happy and helpful staff, pastries in the morning were a great surprise. Location great and free parking!!!!! Cons: The only way this could be better would be if the rooms were bigger and with somewhere to sit. This isn't an option though so what's been done with the lounge is a great option

Ottima posizione, quartiere tranquillo, vicino a Victoria Station e Pimlico. Colazione buona, camere molto gradevoli e pulite. Personale molto disponibile e gentile.

A lovely, welcoming place to stay.

Pros: The location was convenient to Victoria station and an easy walk to many things. It’s a charming boutique hotel on a nice street. It’s very quiet and my room and bed were very comfortable. The staff was great! Very friendly, hospitable, welcoming, and helpful. The sitting area by the reception encourages chatting with other guests if desired. Special mention to staff person Anya, with whom I had very pleasant conversation. She was particularly friendly. It’s rare to find friendly hotel service like Anya and the other staff members Cons: I can’t think of anything.
