Great location, new hotel.

This hotel is centrally located to pretty much every attraction in Dublin. I was easily able to walk anywhere I wanted to go. The rooms are new and nicely decorated. The hotel staff was generally helpful. The breakfast and bar were very overpriced for what you get. The location really cannot be beat. I was in a smaller room but it had everything I needed.

Brilliant Staff

Super friendly and courteous staff, from reception, bar, and especially Maria at breakfast who reminded me what Dublin hospitality used to be like . It seems there is a conscious effort from the top down to ensuring one’s stay is memorable and that all who choose to stay here will definitely be back again. I know I will. Top class, well done everyone

Beautiful hotel, amazing food

Beautiful hotel, with lots of character. Staff were on hand to check in, they were welcoming and it was a quick check in time. Hotel is within walking distance to high tourist locations such as the castle shops and many bars, however the room is very quiet and noise from outside was not any problem, by night the street was pretty calm and quiet. We had a deluxe double room. Good size room with plenty of storage and space to sit. Bed was very comfortable with 2 good sized pillows each. Plug sockets on both sides of the bed and at the desk area. Bathroom was big with a lovely large shower and

Rude staff

Went today, the bar was absolutely empty and the café, i’m appalled how shocking and real a member of staff was he was wearing a suit he was walking in the bar me and my and my baby went in looking for food and it was so rude we had to leave. We didn’t say a word I did do anything but I’m shocked-and appalled how people can treat people like this in this day age. Would never recommend this place. It’s terrible absolutely shock.
