Pros: Apart from the fact that our room was on the ground floor, which was a bit of a let-down, every other aspect of the hotel was excellent – the location, cleanliness, breakfast and service were all very good. One small detail: the hotel’s shampoo/conditioner are of a very high quality. Cons: We were given a room on the ground floor, which I felt was poor value for money. Given the high cost of this hotel, I certainly wouldn’t want to stay on a floor like this; had I known beforehand, I would definitely have chosen a different hotel.
