Perfect stay, will be back whenever we are in corsham!
Pros: Clean and cosy room with everything we needed. We were very comfortable and breakfast was lovely! Cons: Nothing

Disappointing
Pros: Room OK but Breakfast not served for over 30 minutes and we had to leave without it. Have claimed compensation direct with the hotel Cons: See sbove

Pros: We have stayed once before and the location is excellent. The hotel has character and nice furnishings. Cons: The carpet on the stairways and landings to the rooms were very dirty and scruffy. Our room had a step up to the ensuite that was a trip hazard. The worst part was the evening meal that I had booked in the dining room. Our table was in the bar. There was a limited menu as it was Sunday. My husband chose the roast beef dinner. The meal was plated, luke warm with raw beef. The plate was taken back to the kitchen and returned with just two small slices of beef and the same veg that
