A nice hotel but not excepional value for the money.
Pros: The location was ideal for this two day trip. The hotel and room had an olde-worlde charm and a 'boutique' feel as advertised. The staff, when available, were polite and helpful. The off-street parking for guests was a bit cramped but welcome. The outside spaces (beer garden etc.) were pleasant and relaxing and the bar itself had a good atmosphere. All in all, it was a pleasant stay but should really be better value for the price paid. Cons: Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The buffet table had several items missing which were only replaced on request. The cooked breakfast was more l
