The palace need update it’s looking very poor inside the hotel room and it’s very bad smell in the rooms and the window

Pros: It’s very nice little place and the staff is very friendly and helpful thank you Cons: Good location

Works if you're passing through and need to stay close to the airport. I got what I paid for.

Pros: Price & close to the airport. Cons: Travel time from hotel to the London Eye was more than 1hr drive. Everything is close by, but drive time is horrible.

Mi è sembrato il set di un film horror: stanza puzzolente, rumorosa, piccolissima, poco pulita. Nice stay close to Heatrow

Pros: The property itself is very nice: the room was classic, clean, and well-maintained, with a great bathroom and shower. The pub downstairs is wonderful, super cozy, and they serve a really delicious traditional English breakfast. The only major issue was the room temperature. Staying there in June during a hot spell, the lack of air conditioning made the room extremely warm day and night, making it very hard to get a good night's sleep.
