I am working in St Lucia so the location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby and street parking.
Pros: Room had a beautiful view. The bed was nice but not great. I stayed in Level 25 room 04 last week and bed was better. I wish there was a coffee pod machine or plunger in the room. Everything else was lovely. Great view. Thank you. Cons: Pillows very soft and floppy. No coffee making facilities.

Pros: Room and view was great had everything we needed for our stay. Great location Cons: Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The mould on the shower wall tiles was very off putting. It looked like the shower had not been cleaned properly for a long time and possibly wiped over instead of a thorough clean. There was lot of mould. Around the base of the shower was not clean. Dirty marks on the back of the bathroom door and also water splashes down the front of the laundry cupboard doors (obviously hadn’t been wiped over from a previous guest)
We were able to stay near our required location and we had a further event at Suncorp
We were able to stay near our required location and we had a further event at Suncorp. We were able to leave our car parked at the Hotel until after our Sunday event before we left with assistance from reception to get to our car. It was greatly appreciated and a spot we will look to use again.

Pros: The location Apartment was modern and not dated furnishing The spa The amenities had soap, shampoo and conditioner The view of pool Cons: The beds were really low to ground and squeaky If you walk barefooted, your feet were dirty, so maybe a better clean of floors
