Great spot in Chelsea
Pros: Friendly staff and were all ready to help whenever I needed. The room is small but doesn't feel crammed, so if you're considering getting a smaller room I was pleasantly surprised. Bathroom is well equipped and good water pressure. The pastries are really good! Highly recommend getting the pain au chocolat. The surrounding area has great restaurant, bar and cafe options, so would recommend taking your time exploring as well. Cons: The room cleaning was not consistent; towels and sheets were clean and changed according to your needs, but I felt like the floors and surfaces were not b
