Tidy little spot

Pros: The room was spacious and clean, view of the canal basin. 40 minutes walk into Gloucester through a nature reserve. Staff friendly downstairs and food was pretty good. Cons: Lack of communication or the speed of it needs addressing. The shower curtain basically lets water drain onto the floor, continuous issue as you can see the marks from previous use. The bed wasn't the best, not comfortable at all, pillows also weren't up to much. Near a busy 2 lane road.

Pros: Accommodating staff, especially for our twin babies. Beautiful location. Cons: Provided cot was missing mattress reinforcement

Great place to stay.

Pros: The room was modern, clean and stylish. It had a nepresso machine. The staff were incredibly helpful. They warned me about a party and it ended at the time they said. It was a very quiet place. It was great to be warned about the party and even better that it finished long before it might bother me. I had never before had a hotel warn about a party and then never ended at a social hour. Cons: They didn't do breakfast. The food in the place looked excellent so they would have made a great breakfast if they did it. A good alternative was nearby but only open at 9. The roadworks

Stayed on a Monday, quiet and comfortable.

Great location for us, daughter is at Hartpury University just 10 minutes away. Easy check in with a code. Room was clean and comfortable. Toby carvery just a short walk down the road. 2nd stay here for us and would definitely use again.
