Pros: It was clean and nice. I enjoyed the area around it Cons: Our room was not ready when we checked in. I booked the room over a month In advance. We had an event to be at by 6pm. We were EXTREMELY late to our event bc we did not have a room ready. We didn’t get a room until after 5pm. We still needed to shower, get dressed, hair make up etc. I am extremely disappointed

Pros: The property was extremely clean. The location was amazing. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Live music was playing right outside the hotel on Friday night. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. Cons: 2 thin pillows per bed. We had four ppl. We called for extra pillows and after dinner (over 2hours) they were still not delivered so I went down to the front desk and it took 10 minutes of waiting for them to give the pillows. Maybe they are short on pillows? It always took long to get help/check in. Appears not enough ppl working at the front desk.
