Pros: Special call out to Nick. Top marks! Was made to feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Gave us all the info we needed. Food was great and service top notch. Will definitely be back! Cons: Nothing. All was great

Was generally ok but will consider looking elsewhere the next time I stay in the area in 2027

Pros: The location. Staff friendly and helpful. Cons: Breakfast was poor quality compare to previous stays. Used the restaurant in the evening and several meals on the menu had run out which considering it was a Saturday evening was poor.

Pros: Good location. Comfy accommodation. Cons: Service in the reastuarant was slow and not very good. The second evening, having sat in the dining room for more than 45 minutes without eye contact from the staff and no food order taken, I gave up and went to McDonalds.

Great room and location with lovely staff.

Pros: The room was huge with a king size bed, a sofa and a giant TV. Modern en suite bathroom with shower. Really lovely staff. Perfect location for Paultons Park. Cons: Nothing
