Good value but basic
Pros: Overall the hotel was good value for the money. Room was comfortable and quiet.
Cons: The room was tied, and not cleaned to a very high standard. No hand towels provided.
Breakfast was very basic, and certainly not award winning. Very little on offer, small kettle with tea bags and coffee sachets, a few bits of bread and a toaster, a few apples and oranges and 2 types of boxed cereals. Lovely guest hotel, well kept, nice reception decor, and comfortable room good value for money.
Pros: Great location near seafront & amenities
Cons: No internal locks on doors, and doors close to neighbouring door entrances.

Acceptable stay
Pros: Hotel position is great, 2 mins to seafront. Parking permits are good at £3.50 per day. Breakfast was good, but a menu would have been better to show possible choices. Staff very polite. Room was very hot could only open 1 out of 3 windows, had two fans in room, only one worked, not helpful when asked about replacement, led to a very hot uncomfortable night. Reasonable price including breakfast.
Cons: See above
