A lovely and comfortable stay with excellent service, a clean room, and a fantastic breakfast.

Pros: I stayed at The Mowbray last night and had a really lovely experience. The location was perfect for me as it was very convenient for my workplace. The gentleman at reception was exceptionally helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure I was checked in comfortably and looked after throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely maintained, and I felt it was definitely worth the money. I also had an amazing breakfast in the morning, with great service and a good choice of food. Overall, a very pleasant stay and excellent service. I would happily stay at The Mowbr

Absoluut niet meer wat dit hotel is geweest en kies a.u.b. niet voor het ontbijt

Pros: Het verhaal en de beschrijving komen niet meer overeen met de nieuwe eigenaar dit hotel is in verval Cons: Ontbijt was een aanfluiting kamer was zo klein dat je moeilijk om het bed heen kwam badkamer was vies en host was erg luid en op luidspreker aan het bellen toegangs code moest je maar een foto van maken code van de kamer ook

Pros: I've stayed there a few times . Situated well. Minutes from Town Centre. Cons: Staff , slow to respond when arriving.

Absolutely shocking!!! Falsely advertised..

Pros: Nothing! Was absolutely awful... Cons: Was not as advertised!!!! Complained to the host multiple times throughout the stay. but he said facilities advertised on booking .com were wrong!!! And what I paid and expected to get , were falsely advertised ... There was No coffee machine, no bathrobe or big flat screen tv.. no glasses or shower mat in the bathroom.. was only given 1 hand towel and 1 small bath towel which dirty .Between 2 adults for a 2 night stay..The shower heads and walls were dirty and blocked...The bed had Stained pillows and mattresses... Broken. Glass in the windows...
