good but overpriced

Pros: room was ok, clean and decent size, location is also ok close to tram and bars/restaurants, breakfast was good. Cons: I didn't like the check-in experience, you need to check in online which I didn't do, so then we entered the building and had to do the check-in ourselves . it was long and unnecessary for the price that you pay for this hotel. i understand that you want to reduce costs by not having staff at night, but I didn't appreciate having to type 10 minutes to check-in 4 people and 2 rooms and 1 night.

Pros: fast check in, free coffee and tea, of course the cat, nice staff, great location Cons: breakfast could have been better

Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto confortável um tanto pequeno. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Maravilhoca, muito perto do transporte público, excelente localicação, voltarei com certeza.

Pros: O Flávio, brasileiro que trabalha na recepção do hotel, fez nossa viagem pra Amsterdan ser muito mais agradável, foi extremamente simpático e gentil conosco. Cons: O quarto poderia ter um secador de toalha no banheiro e um frigobar, só isso, mas nada que tenha prejudica nossa experiência no hotel.
