Nice location, friendly staff and relatively affordable for Amsterdam
Pros: Very nice breakfast, it was included in our room but my son booked separately and had to pay for his. We were in the basement room which was a bit of a shock at first but actually it turned out to be spacious with good light from the patio above. The patio garden is great. Cons: Even though our room was spacious felt a bit basic, however it did the job for us.

Pros: Amazing stuff that tried to always accommodate all our needs. Very friendly, smiling, welcoming! Cons: The location is absolutely amazing! 6-10 minutes walk to major museums, nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Tram station is right in front of the hotel.

A pleasant stay and a good location
Pros: The breakfast was good - definitely sufficient for our needs. And the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. The location wasn't too close to the centre or tourist areas which we liked - it was still easy to walk to the museums or jump on a tram to other parts. The neighbourhood around the hotel was pleasant and safe with some decent cafes and restaurants close by. Cons: The room felt a little dark due to the decor and one bed side light didn't work. The shower head didn't stay upright so we had to hold it up to use it plus the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. The

Lovely hotel in great location. Close to tram stop and easy to walk into the city centre. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Friendly cat lives on site.
