Great hotel in great location, perfect for a short break

Pros: Good service, convenient on-site parking. Attention to detail. Excellent breakfast. Probably best location. Room with seaview and large balcony was very comfortable. Relaxed ambience. Do I need to go on? Cons: Nothing to dislike

The New England is a very charming little hotel, in a great location opposite the beach. Audre and the rest of the staff are the most welcoming team you could hope for. The breakfasts are generous and delicious. This was our third stay and we'll be back.

Premises and room very clean

Premises and room very clean. Staff very friendly breakfast very good. Able to park at rear of building normally on road. Location very good sea view.

All round excellent place to stay in Eastbourne don’t miss it!

Very happy with all aspects of our stay. The host was super friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The New England or to stay there again.
