Great place!
Pros: One of the highlights of the hotel. Great breakfast service and overall food experience. Cons: The bar at the lobby closes kind of too soon, other than that, it is great.

Never to return. Beautiful building outside; fake-feel renovation inside. Very poor service
Pros: The Public Garden view from the room. Cons: Porters and doormen only came up if a tip was at hand; didn't stop their sidewalk conversations to acknowledge anyone not carrying bags. Not a "Good morning" from anybody. Even cleaners and people from back office seemed bitter or angry. Outrageous price for such unkind service, though it doesn't seem to stem from each individual but by how they are recruited and/or treated.
