Deposit no acceptable
Pros: Very quiet. location Cons: Did charge me £50 deposit, which is I don’t like about, they should be charging that. I have made the booking and paid full amount, but they still charge me for no reason

Great place to stay, will use the hotel again in future
Staff were most welcoming despite my arrival time, remembering my first name and the kitchen stayed open to accommodate my arrival. So kind.

Not too bad overnight stay. It could have been better.
Pros: Good location, clean and bigger than usual rooms. Breakfast is as expected, English breakfast buffet. Cons: No lotion. The liquid soap is outside the shower cubicle by the sink. It would have been better if there was a separate one in the shower. No Provision of slippers too. Given the price, these essentials should have been provided.

Comfortable, very friendly staff. Good breakfast
Pros: Lovely room, large with a balcony. Nicely decorated and very clean. Easy, free parking Cons: Food average quality in the evening. Breakfast was very good
