Terrible I don’t think they know hospitality

Pros: It was awful if am honest the only thing I liked was the location. Cons: I booked for wedding guests I arrived with my niece paid our room later that day the other guests arrived but nobody was there to welcome them one being a 92 year old lady for her grandsons wedding had to freshen up in my room and head to the wedding they came in later that night and was refused entry to there room because they hadn’t paid to receive there key. There was upset my granny paid her room another question was told not to come back to the hotel after midnight as no one would there to give him the key he t

Pros: The History about the old House. Cons: Needs a really good renovation job on the inside. Just looking so tired. Furniture in our bedroom looks shabby, looks like it should be in a junk shop. Bathroom door once shut was hard to open, toilet seat loose. With the right amount of money spent on the inside, could be a good place to stay. Sorry about these comments but could be a better Hotel.

Pros: location was best part of stay Cons: breakfast could have been better,not enough choice ,cooked came all on plate,without asking what you like or dislike, cereals were limited,no fruit options.
